For the next 7 years I owned and managed two restaurants in the Wichita market, employing over 75 people at Larry Bud's Sports Bar & Grill. During that time I’ve met most of the who’s who of Wichita. I learned the practical side of how a business runs and the importance of a strong contract, the power of a good relationship between landlord & tenant, & LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! In my first year at KW I was a top 20% producer out of 170 agents. I “capped” in my first year and will cap again this year. I have also been asked to join the Leadership committee which did. I am also ¾ done with my CCIM designation that helps me analyze investment properties and 1031 exchanges.
